I am Shivam Kumar, an Advocate-on-Record (AOR) at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Partner at Qua Legal, New Delhi.
With more than eight years of focused litigation practice, I represent clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, and District Courts across the country. I also serve as Panel Counsel for the Union of India, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), and the Pharmacy Council of India. Early School Life & College
Shivam Kumar completed his schooling from Delhi Public School, Ranchi, where he demonstrated consistent academic excellence. He secured a perfect 10 CGPA in CBSE Class 10 (2011) and scored 85% in Class 12 (Science Stream – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).
He pursued his legal education from the prestigious National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi (NUSRL), where he completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in Constitutional Law (2018).
